  Mighty Men's Conference 2009
MMC 2009 saw a group of 30 guys from (or associated with) BBC attend the conference. Our bunch comprised a number of “first timers” as well as some attending MMC for their second and third time.   BBC assists with food aid to Zimbabwe
Two members of BBC (Doug & Shona Arnold) were recently invited by 3D-Outreach to accompany and assist on a “Weekend Exposure Outreach” trip to deliver food to a rural community in Zimbabwe. The trip covered 2300km between Friday afternoon and Sunday evening; without incident and with much blessing. For the full story and pictures, follow this link:

  BBC hosts successful Valentine’s dinner
With the 14th February falling on a Saturday, the BBC Ladies made the most of it by organising a most memorable and entertaining evening comprising a gourmet meal followed by guest speaker Arnold and Joy Mol (speaking on… “How to make your partner deliriously happy!!!”).   Teddy Bears and Tracksuits
Over the past year, Lesotho has become a very special destination for us. After hearing about our May trip to a small village near the Katse Dam, when we braved the snow and freezing cold, a number of very special ladies got together to sew tracksuits and knit beanies and teddy bears for children in the Lesotho mountains.   Benoni Baptist in Xai-Xai
In September 2007, 3D-Outreach in conjunction with Benoni Baptist church did a short term mission trip to Xai Xai Mozambique. As part of the trip they hosted a soccer tournament. Complete brand new soccer kit was donated for prizes, as well as brand new soccer balls. Click here to read more...
   
  Flagstaff
From the 3rd to the 6th April, Michelle had the privilege of joining Benoni Baptist Church on an outreach to Flagstaff, a very rural and picturesque (and rather chilly!) location in the Transkei.   Discipleworld – Annual Potjie competition
Sunday 14th September witnessed some fanatical folk arriving at the church earlier than normal (would you believe from…05h45!!!!!) to begin preparations for the BBC’s Annual Discipleworld Potjie Competition.
