Youth Ministry

The Benoni Baptist Youth has just recently gone through an exciting transformation. We are now known as FBI which stands for “Faithful Believers Ignited”. We have branded ourselves with the shield of Faith and stand boldly behind the cross.

FBI is held every Friday (except in school holidays) @ 19:30 – 21:30.

Note: Youth will be closing on the 27 March 2009 and will reopen on the 17 April 2009.

Whats happening at FBI at the moment?
Second term:

In the second term of Youth we will be doing programs that encourage the youth to grow in their relationship with God and will encourage them to grow as individuals through Christ.

And with good reason, since the epic battle between good and evil has been part of the human story since the very beginning. So it's no surprise that the theme has staying power and box office appeal in every film genre across the spectrum. Whether its drama, action, comedy, sci-fi or animation, modern day moviemakers find good vs. evil a perpetually intriguing and lucrative movie theme.

Fundraising events
Throughout the year FBI will be holding fundraising events to raise money for Summer camp 2009:

Our first event was a car wash held on the 8th and 15th March 2009
We’re hoping to raise enough money to buy a couch for the youth room and the rest of the money will go into a youth fund towards Summer Camp.
